Our Client
Our client, a bakery retail company, seeks to employ a General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans.
  
• Provide leadership across operations, finance, sales, procurement, production, and human resources.
  
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  
• Establish and monitor organizational KPIs.
  
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and food safety standards.
  
• Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  
• Report organizational performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, with significant leadership responsibility in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or hospitality

Requirements
