Digital Sales Manager

In partnership with our client, we are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling Digital Signage, DOOH, ESL, LED display, and Smart Retail solutions across key enterprise sectors. This role is for someone who thrives on hunting new business, building strategic accounts, and growing partner channels that scale digital display adoption across markets. Your responsibilities:Business Development & Sales

• You will drive sales of LED display solutions, Digital Signage, DOOH networks, ESL, Smart Retail, and Inverter solutions.
• You will identify and acquire new enterprise customers across retail, FMCG, financial services, hospitality, real estate, education, healthcare, malls, and media.
• You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline capable of supporting revenue targets.
• You will conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
• You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract closure and deployment.
• You will develop account strategies that grow revenue from existing clients.

Channel & Partner Management

• You will recruit, onboard, and manage system integrators, technology partners, value-added resellers, and channel partners.
• You will strengthen partner relationships to unlock indirect sales opportunities.
• You will conduct partner enablement sessions, product training, and certification programmes.
• You will monitor partner performance and roll out initiatives to drive their growth.

Market Expansion

• You will expand the company's presence within the Digital Signage and DOOH market.
• You will identify opportunities for indoor and outdoor screen deployments through both direct sales and partnerships.
• You will develop new opportunities within Smart Retail and digital advertising ecosystems.
• You will organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, customer events, and industry webinars.

Customer Relationship Management

• You will build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
• You will ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• You will coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• You will manage pilot projects and convert them into long-term commercial deployments.

Sales Planning & Reporting

• You will prepare quarterly sales strategies and account development plans.
• You will maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep opportunities updated in the CRM.
• You will prepare weekly pipeline reports, monthly performance reports, and quarterly business reviews.

What Success looks like:

• Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets across direct and channel business.
• Growing a healthy, well-qualified pipeline that translates into predictable revenue.
• Onboarding and activating at least a set number of new channel partners each year, each contributing measurable indirect sales.
• Converting pilot projects into long-term commercial deployments at a strong success rate.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM records and forecasts that leadership can rely on for planning.
• Building a reputation with clients and partners as a trusted, responsive, and knowledgeable point of contact.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital signage, LED display solutions, DOOH advertising, smart retail, AV/display technologies, IoT, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise solution sales, business development, and managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience developing strategic enterprise accounts and channel partner networks.
• A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
