Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational needs and sustainability goals.
  
• Source evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers for food beverages packaging and kitchen supplies.
  
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with food safety hygiene and quality standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders delivery receipts and vendor performance.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen managers finance and operations teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  
• Monitor inventory levels using accounting systems and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  
• Promote sustainable procurement by prioritizing local organic and ethically sourced ingredients and materials.
  
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage relationships to ensure reliability and value.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing vendor consolidation and competitive bidding.
  
• Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement and inventory management.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Procurement or a related field.
  
• 45 years of proven experience in procurement within the food services hospitality or restaurant industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of procurement management principles including sourcing negotiation and contract administration.
  
• Hands-on experience with inventory accounting systems and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP QuickBooks or similar).
  
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainable procurement practices and environmental responsibility.
  
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software tools.
  
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g. HACCP FDA or local equivalents) is highly desirable.
