Recruitment Officer

Were seeking a Recruitment Officer to support the delivery of recruitment projects for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client vacancies from job briefing to successful placement.
  
• Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
  
• Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for clients.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill source effectiveness and placement success.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Perform other recruitment and talent acquisition duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment preferably within a recruitment or consulting company.
  
• Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
  
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver against recruitment targets and deadlines.
  
• Immediate availability is required.
