Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Information System Officer to provide technical IT support and ensure the smooth operation of the organisation's information systems and IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting users, maintaining IT systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless access to network resources and business applications across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & System Administration

• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution.
• Assist with system cloning, software installations, and configuration of operating systems and applications.
• Set up and configure computer workstations for employees.
• Coordinate and set up teleconference and video conference meetings.
• Request desk phone service activations and configure mobile devices where necessary.
• Provide ad-hoc end-user support via email, phone, instant messaging, or in person.

Systems Monitoring & Maintenance

Documentation & Collaboration

• Ensure IT support tickets are logged, resolved promptly, documented, and closed within the ticketing system.
• Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing user systems while providing ongoing technical support.
• Ensure employees have uninterrupted access to LAN resources including internet connectivity, shared folders, printers, and business applications.
• Support the administration and coordination of third-party vendors and IT service providers.
• Support the unit with documentation and IT-related reporting activities.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

Customer & Service Delivery

• Ensure adherence to internal customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide efficient support that improves internal customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Relevant experience providing IT support in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Familiarity with workstation configuration, user support, and network resource management.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of LAN environments, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to support and configure IT hardware and software.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Zero downtime of systems and IT infrastructure.
• Compliance with infrastructure maintenance plans.
• High internal customer satisfaction from IT support services.

Working Conditions

• The role requires working in an air-conditioned office environment for extended periods and may involve occasional field assignments.

Work Mode: On-site for the first 3 months, then Hybrid (4 days in office, 1-day remote weekly)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday

Salary Range: ?200,000 ?300,000 (depending on experience
