About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve performance, and ensure the highest level of efficiency across departments.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize processes and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of operations staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in operations, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in using operations-related software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, project management platforms).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with financial principles and budget management.
