Field Sales Assosiate / FMCG - (Food and Snacks )

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and results-driven Field Retail Sales Associates to drive sales growth by prospecting new business, onboarding supermarkets and retail outlets, managing customer relationships, promoting products, and ensuring excellent product visibility across assigned territories.

Locations: Ketu, Ikorodu, Surulere (Lagos)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₦100,000/month

Logistics Allowance: ₦50,000/month

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in FMCG, field sales, retail sales, or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and knowledgeable about the assigned territory.

Must reside in or around the preferred location.
