IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  
• Perform routine system maintenance and preventive checks
  
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  
• Assist users with technical issues and provide basic user training where required.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
  
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• 2–4 years' experience in IT support or systems administration
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  
• Experience with enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions is an added advantage.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in business environments.
  
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions and enterprise applications is an advantage.
