Logistics Assistant

Our client is a leading multinational Mechanical and Electrical contracting company. They are looking to hire an experienced Logistics Assistant to join their team.

The ideal Candidate will be responsible for Assisting in all procurement logistics & warehouse processes structures and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out normal office routine duties (weekly/ monthly reports).
  
• Assist Seniorlogisticsassistant for inventory and stock records.
  
• Assist Supply Chain Manager on Importation and Logistics duties.
  
• Report to the Senior Assistant.
  

Job Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
  
• Work knowledge of ERP system
  
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
  
• Work knowledge of Importation and clearing procedures.
  
• Organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  
• Effective communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure.
