Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create schedule and publish high-quality content across core professional channels (primarily LinkedIn X/Twitter and YouTube/Instagram).
  

• Multimedia Production: Script shoot and edit short-form videos highlighting platform features industry insights and customer success stories.
  

• Graphic Design & Copywriting: Design clean professional social media graphics carousels and banners using tools like Canva Photoshop or Figma. Write clear compelling B2B copy.
  

• Industry Simplified: Research and break down complex trade manufacturing and supply chain trends into engaging educational content (e.g. "How cross-border trade is changing in Africa").
  

• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels respond to comments and inquiries professionally and help build an active community of businesses and partners.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  
  
• 13 years of active experience in digital content creation social media management or digital marketing (B2B or tech startup experience is a massive plus).
  
  

• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your ability to write clean copy design professional graphics and edit short-form video.
  

• Technical Tools: Proficiency with design tools (Canva Adobe Suite Figma) and video editing software (CapCut Premiere Pro or similar).
  

• B2B Mindset: The ability to communicate professionally. You understand how to speak to business owners manufacturers and corporate partners on LinkedIn.
