Role Overview

SEA-FAJ Consults is recruiting on behalf of our client for a high-performing and results-driven Executive Investment Officer. The role is responsible for raising capital securing investors and managing strategic investor relationships to support business expansion and financial growth objectives.

The ideal candidate must have a strong investor network proven fundraising experience and the ability to consistently deliver high-value capital inflows in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify engage and secure high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) institutional investors and strategic investment partners.

• Raise capital and execute successful fundraising initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Drive investor onboarding processes ensuring seamless engagement from initial contact to deal closure.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors ensuring trust transparency and continued investment participation.

• Develop and deliver compelling investment presentations proposals and pitch materials.

• Negotiate investment terms agreements and deal structures in alignment with company objectives.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors and track engagement progress using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with internal leadership to align fundraising strategies with business growth plans.

• Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities and funding channels.

• Provide regular reports on capital raised investor activity pipeline status and conversion rates.

• Represent the organisation in investor meetings roadshows and networking events.

Capital Raising Target

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Accounting or a related field.

• Proven experience in investment banking fundraising capital raising private equity or financial advisory roles.

• Strong network of high-net-worth individuals institutional investors or venture capital contacts.

• Demonstrated ability to raise significant capital or close high-value investment deals.

• Strong negotiation persuasion and presentation skills.

• Excellent financial literacy and understanding of investment structures.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive monthly targets.

• Strong communication relationship management and interpersonal skills.

• High level of professionalism integrity and business acumen.

Desired Experience

• Track record of successfully raising capital for businesses funds or investment projects.

• Experience in structuring investment deals and managing investor relations.

• Background in financial services investment banking or corporate fundraising.

• Experience working with SMEs startups or high-growth companies seeking investment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for investor tracking and pipeline management.

• Experience in delivering investor presentations pitch decks and financial proposals.

• Exposure to cross-border investment or international investor engagement is an advantage.
