Your Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence and amp; Procedure Support

• Companion and amp; Home Support Care: Assist clients with daily living activities companionship meal preparation light housekeeping and mobility support.
• Medical Home and amp; Specialist Care (Clinical Only):* Administer medications monitor vital signs manage clinical equipment handle specialized conditions and collaborate with family medical teams.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of client health status feeding medication compliance and overall well-being.

What Success looks like

• Provides compassionate respectful and dignified care at all times.
• Assists clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming feeding and mobility) according to their care plan.
• Ensures clients are comfortable safe and emotionally supported.
• Recognizes and promptly reports changes in a clients health condition.
• and nbsp;Administers or reminds clients about medication only as authorized.

To be considered for this role you should have

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;You are a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Being double qualified (RN and amp; RM) is highly preferred.

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;At least 35 years of clinical nursing experience. If youve worked in the Operating Theatre Radiology Fertility or Womens Health youre already ahead of the curve.

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;You can explain complex medical jargon in a way that a nervous patient can easily understand.

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;The ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during specialized procedures.

General Requirements

- Prior experience in home care nursing assistance clinical care or specialized caregiving.

- Excellent interpersonal skills high emotional intelligence and absolute patience.

- (For Clinical/Medical Roles): A degree or diploma in Nursing (./HND) first aid certifications or certified caregiver training certificates. Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) is mandatory for clinical roles.
