Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Agency & Letting Officer to manage property leasing client relationships and transaction execution within a fast-paced real estate environment in Ikoyi Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing properties managing listings facilitating lease negotiations and ensuring seamless transaction processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing & Listings
- Source properties and secure agency and letting mandates
- Manage and update property listings across marketing platforms
- Drive visibility and occupancy through effective marketing strategies
Leasing & Transactions
- Facilitate lease negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Execute property transactions within defined timelines
- Ensure smooth documentation and closing of deals
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate site visits
- Provide professional advisory support to clients
Qualifications & Experience
- 24 years post-NYSC experience in Estate Surveying or related field
- Strong experience in agency and letting transactions
- Knowledge of the Lagos property market is an advantage
- MNIVS certification is an added advantage
