Sales Executive

We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and market expansion for a leading plastics manufacturing companys portfolio of PVC products including rain boots PVC footwear and PVC hair thread.

The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities maintain strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
• Present products negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
  
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
  
• Prepare sales reports forecasts and other required documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  
• Participate in promotional activities trade shows and other marketing initiatives as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree HND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  
• 23 years of field sales experience in the footwear plastics or FMCG industry
  
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  
• Solid understanding of the PVC products market and customer segments
  
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and build long-term client relationships
  
• Self-motivated energetic and results-oriented.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
