The Sales Operations Support role provides operational analytical and system support to
Fintech sales teams ensuring accurate reporting smooth agent onboarding and effective
coordination of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
Prepare daily and monthly sales transaction and performance reports.
Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
Track sales KPIs transaction trends and agent performance metrics.
Coordinate with Product Operations Risk and Finance teams.
Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.

Accuracy of sales and transaction data
Timeliness of reporting
Agent onboarding turnaround time

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in business statistics or related field.
12 years experience in sales operations or fintech support roles.
Strong Excel skills; CRM or dashboard experience is an advantage.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
