Project Manager Civil

• Execute site build preliminary works: Site Survey and Soil Test.
• Develop foundation design and tower structural design based on the tower load (static and dynamic).
• Supervisethestructuralengineeringaspectsoftelecom towerandinfrastructurebuilds.
• Ensuretechnical specificationsfor tower build arealignedwithcompanyandindustrystandards.
• Monitorproject progressandmakereal-timeadjustmentstoensuretimelydelivery.
• Provide periodic reports on project progress
• Conduct Acceptance Protocol for executed civil projects in accordance with required quality standards.
• Developandimplementmitigationstrategiesandcontingencyplans.
• Conduct regular structural assessment of existing towers
• Supervise the remedial measures required for tower retrofit including minor corrections
• Conductregular qualityauditsandinspectionstoensureadherence toconstructionandsafetystandards.
• Leadandmotivate cross-functionalteamsincluding engineerscontractorsfieldtechniciansandvendors.
