Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Valuation Officer to conduct property valuations perform market analysis and deliver accurate professional valuation reports.

The ideal candidate will support clients with data-driven insights and advisory services to guide property investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Valuation & Reporting

• Conduct property valuations in line with professional standards
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive valuation reports
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and methodologies

Market Research & Analysis

• Carry out market research and feasibility studies
• Analyze property trends and market data
• Provide insights to support valuation accuracy

Advisory Services

• Provide professional advice on property investments
• Support clients with data-driven valuation insights
• Assist in decision-making for property acquisitions and disposals

Qualifications & Experience

• 24 years experience in property valuation
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• MNIVS certification is an added advantage
