Job Summary

• As the Administrative Officer, you will coordinate travel and logistics, fleet administration, and corporate telecommunications services to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airport transfers, travel itineraries, hotel bookings, local transportation, and accommodation for expatriates, executives, and personnel
• Maintain vehicle mileage, utilization, fuel records, and fleet documentation while preparing related operational and cost reports
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel-efficiency issues and escalate operational concerns to the Plant Team
• Administer corporate communication services, including CUG platforms, SIM cards, user allocations, and telecom requirements
• Liaise with telecommunications providers on service requests and maintain accurate records of corporate telecom resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in administrative, logistics, fleet, or office support roles
• 2–4 years' relevant experience
• Good knowledge of travel coordination, fleet documentation, and administrative processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain records.
