Healthcare Research Intern

About the Internship

Are you passionate about healthcare research, clinical trials, and digital health? Our UK-based client is looking for a candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting global research that uses the GENEActiv wearable accelerometer to measure physical activity, sleep, and other real-world health outcomes.

As a Healthcare Research Intern, you'll contribute to an important evidence database by reviewing published research and clinical trials, extracting key scientific insights, and helping build a high-quality resource used to support digital health innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to strengthen their research and evidence synthesis skills while gaining exposure to cutting-edge wearable technology.

What You'll Do

• Review scientific publications and clinical trial records.

• Extract and record key study information, including participant populations, study design, device usage, and data collection methods.

• Capture digital health measures and how outcomes are analysed and reported.

• Ensure research data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal quality standards.

We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related field.

• Experience reading and interpreting scientific literature through research projects, dissertations, or literature reviews.

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured datasets.

• A genuine interest in digital health, wearable technology, clinical research, or public health.
