Planning Team Lead

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance planning with at least 5 years in an FPSO or offshore floating production environment.
• Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline).
• Certification in Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) or formal training in maintenance strategy development.
• Experience with Shell Chevron TotalEnergies or ExxonMobil FPSO maintenance standards and work management processes.
• Knowledge of FMEA/FMECA RAM analysis and risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with additional analytics tools such as Tableau Python for data analysis or SQL querying.
• Proven experience leading a planning team of 4 or more planners across multiple disciplines.
• Expert user of a CMMS platform (SAP PM strongly preferred); able to configure audit and train others on the system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for maintenance performance reporting and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of FPSO maintenance scopes: topside process equipment rotating machinery electrical systems instrumentation marine systems lifting equipment and hull integrity.
• Familiarity with offshore regulatory frameworks: NUPRC flag state ISM Code OCIMF SIRE and class society requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables Power Query complex formulas VBA macros) and Power BI (dashboard design DAX measures data modelling). Ability to turn raw CMMS data into actionable insights
• Expert-level use of SAP PM (or equivalent CMMS such as Maximo Infor EAM). Proficient in work order management equipment hierarchies maintenance strategies and backlog reporting.
• Experienced in defining tracking and presenting maintenance KPIs. Goal-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and measurable results.
