Fulfillment Intern

Position Summary:

As the Fulfillment Intern, you will support the Fulfillment team in their daily operation to ensure effective order sorting, loading and inventory counts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

· Operational Support: Assist with scanning, sorting, and loading packages for delivery, and, when necessary, assisting with inventory counts.

· Rider/Driver Coordination: Monitor rider activity, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.

· Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports.

· Customer Support: Resolve delivery issues, handle exceptions, returns, and communicate with customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Education: A graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields. Should be in the process of completing or have completed NYSC to ensure he can grow with the team as he performs.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or Google Sheets is required.

· Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and can lift up to 20kg.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or long shifts, in a fast-paced environment.

· Work-days: Mondays to Saturdays (6 days a week)

· Work hours / Shift plan: 7:00am - 3:00pm OR 11:00am - 7:00pm
