Our Client
Our client, a high-end luxury company, seeks to employ a Senior Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive individual sales targets by engaging walk-in clients and leveraging your personal HNI network.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling on collections (Rolex, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Montblanc, etc.).
  • Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and personal grooming.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage discreet client data management and relationship-building activities (birthday calls, event invitations).
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed monthly branch targets.
  • Prospect for new clients through external networking events and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Assist in inventory counts and ensure the security of stock on the sales floor.
  • Participate in in-house training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.


Requirements


  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or any related Social Science course.
  • Minimum 6 years in luxury retail or HNI-facing roles.
  • Industry Background: Luxury Retail (Watches/Jewelry/Fashion), Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, Luxury Real Estate, Private Aviation, Yacht Brokerage, or High-End Hospitality (Concierge).
  • Proven sales track record with HNIs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • High level of resilience and a commercial mindset.
  • Professional polish and brand alignment.
  • Emotional intelligence and active listening.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office



Requirements
