Job DescriptionOur ClientOur client, a high-end luxury company, seeks to employ a Senior Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive individual sales targets by engaging walk-in clients and leveraging your personal HNI network.
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling on collections (Rolex, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Montblanc, etc.).
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and personal grooming.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage discreet client data management and relationship-building activities (birthday calls, event invitations).
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed monthly branch targets.
- Prospect for new clients through external networking events and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure the security of stock on the sales floor.
- Participate in in-house training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or any related Social Science course.
- Minimum 6 years in luxury retail or HNI-facing roles.
- Industry Background: Luxury Retail (Watches/Jewelry/Fashion), Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, Luxury Real Estate, Private Aviation, Yacht Brokerage, or High-End Hospitality (Concierge).
- Proven sales track record with HNIs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- High level of resilience and a commercial mindset.
- Professional polish and brand alignment.
- Emotional intelligence and active listening.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
