We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Specialist, Corporate Communications with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Marketing Department.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate communication plans and campaigns.
• Draft internal announcements, executive communications, newsletters and corporate content.
• Support leadership communication and executive messaging.
• Manage internal communication channels.
• Develop communication materials for organisational initiatives and events.
• Coordinate corporate announcements and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure consistency of corporate tone, messaging and brand identity.
• Support crisis and sensitive communications.
• Develop employee engagement communication campaigns.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and stakeholder sentiment.
• Coordinate with media, creative and marketing teams where required.
• Maintain corporate communication calendars and content repositories.

Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, English or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in corporate communications.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Experience with internal communications and executive messaging.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and reputation management.
• Digital communication and content management experience.
