The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic and technical liaison between InfoWARE and our enterprise clients in the capital market sector. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, driving customer success by ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of our solutions, and identifying growth opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will leverage your deep understanding of capital market operations to translate client business needs into technical solutions delivered via the InfoWARE platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain lasting, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-level executives, traders, portfolio managers, and IT teams.

• Strategic Account Growth: Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts with direct responsibility for client retention, renewals, and identifying expansion and upsell opportunities for InfoWARE’s suite of products (., IDIA Trader, IMDT, OMS & EMS).

• Solution Implementation & Success: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for new and existing clients, working to ensure a smooth rollout that meets expectations. Act as an expert on the key challenges involved in deployments and how to mitigate risks.

• Technical Advisory: Serve as the primary technical contact for your accounts, delivering expert-level troubleshooting, problem-solving support, and advisory services. Provide insights and feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and tailor solutions to market needs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Product Management, Software Development, and Customer Success—to ensure a coherent product rollout strategy, resolve technical issues, and drive product adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience within the Nigerian Capital Market (., at a brokerage firm, investment bank, or financial technology provider) is mandatory.

• Capital Market Knowledge: A solid, demonstrable understanding of capital market operations, including trading workflows (equities, fixed-income), order management, market data, and execution processes.

• Technical Acumen: Proficiency with data analytics and collaboration tools (., Excel, CRM platforms) is required. Experience with Microsoft SQL is a strong plus, as you will be working with clients using the InfoWARE ERP and reporting platforms.

• Soft Skills: Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. You must possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex institutional stakeholders.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
