Job Summary
The ISP Supervisor oversees the installation and maintenance of Inside Plant (ISP) infrastructure, including fiber cabling, racks, active equipment, and internal network components. The role ensures that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ISP installation and maintenance teams across sites.
- Plan and coordinate daily activities: cabling, equipment installation, testing, labeling, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and quality checks.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and corrective action guidance.
- Prepare reports and communicate project status to management.
- Train and assist technicians to improve performance and technical efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in ISP fiber installations (racks, patch panels, active equipment).
- Knowledge of fiber testing tools (OTDR, power meter).
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
