Location: Owerri, Imo State (FUTO Eziobodo, Opposite Ebere Link, Arugo Estate, New Owerri – Multi-Branch Coverage)

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage all social media activities across multiple branch locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, creation, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all branches.
2. Content Creation & Publishing
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and campaigns).
- Collaborate with the videographer, designers, and marketing team for content production.
- Ensure timely posting across all platforms.
3. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement.
- Monitor audience feedback and escalate issues where necessary.
4. Multi-Branch Coverage & Coordination
- Coordinate content needs across all branches (FUTO Eziobodo, Opposite Ebere Link, Arugo Estate, New Owerri).
- Gather updates, promotions, and events from each branch for online visibility.
- Ensure all branches are properly represented online.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor engagement rates, reach, growth, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.
6. Brand & Campaign Management
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, identity, and objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 – 5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
