We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager (Hotel)
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints, review feedback, and maintain high-quality service standards to improve, say, Marriott careers.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to meet performance goals and company standards.
• Financial Performance: Assist with budgeting, forecasting expenses, and optimizing profitability.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and brand regulations.

Requirements and Skills

• Education: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a relevant field is often preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel management best practices, including property management software.
