Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and problem-solving skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and designing impactful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Visualization:

   • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to present complex data in an intuitive and visually compelling manner.

   • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.

2. Database:

   • Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

   • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across datasets and reports.

3. Problem Solving & Insights:

   • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

   • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve business challenges and improve processes.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and leadership, to align analytics with business goals.

   • Clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Proficient in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data.

• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.

• Ability to approach complex problems systematically and deliver clear, practical solutions.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business value.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Must be fluent in English.
