The Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting clients for corporate and social events.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting event solutions, managing client relationships, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new clients for corporate events, weddings, brand activations, conferences, and private functions.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
Present event proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the events industry.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelorʼs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in any related field.
0 – 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition or has the zeal to sell.
Experience in event management, hospitality, advertising, or marketing is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to close deals and manage client pipelines.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay is N120,000.00 Monthly net + Sales Commission and other benefits.
