Job descriptionDay to Day Administration of the Section Execution of All Civil Engineering Works According to Specification and Standard. Maintenance of Building, Infrastructures (Roads, Drainages Etc.) Supervision of Civil Engineering Jobs On Contract. Keeps Records of Daily Activities of the Section. Plan and Ensure Material Requirement of the Section Is Made Available Planning and Programming Activities of the Section. Identification and Review of Maintenance Jobs in The Estate. Rehabilitation of Road, Drainages Etc. Execute General Maintenance / Rehabilitation of Buildings Supervision of All Civil Engineering Activities On Daily Basis. New Construction of Building / Infrastructure. Report to Estate Manager the Activities of the Section. B.Sc. / B.Tech / HND Civil Engineering COREN, NSE 5 -10 Years Working Experienced. Effective Communication skills People management skills Conflict Resolution Skills Project Management Skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills Interpersonal Skills Integrity Empathy Openness Discretion
