MARKETING MANAGER

It is a full-time role based in Ibafo, by Mountain of Fire Prayer City. The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing plans, manages brand positioning and campaigns, conducts market research, and collaborates with sales to grow the Company’s market share.

• Should have demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management for developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer and competitor data to support decision-making.
• Sales skills for supporting revenue growth and building strong customer and distributor relationships.
• Develops, implements, and executes strategic marketing plans to promote Company’s products, services, and brands.
• Leads the promotion of a product or business — by crafting compelling stories and managing strategic campaigns.
• Must have a wide range of marketing experience and skills such as communication, creativity, and decision-making.
• Develops marketing strategies.
• Plans, executes, and optimizes campaigns.
• Conducts market research and analysis.
• Manages social media platforms.
• Builds and maintains a consistent brand identity.
• Designs lead generation strategies.

Requirement

• BSc, HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; with MBA and or professional certification has an advantage.
• Several years in marketing, with campaign ownership, digital platforms (SEO, Social, Email, Paid Media), and proven strategy execution.
