Job Purpose :

Weatherford have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor Liner Hanger Systems & Cementation to join the team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria . The Operations Supervisor LHS & CEM will manage field operations for liner hanger systems and cementation services with responsibility for safety, quality, and financial performance. This role requires strategic leadership in operations management, risk assessment, service quality, and business development. This role requires a technically skilled leader who is process driven and quality focused that can balance operational excellence with financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality in Weatherford's liner hanger and cementation business in Nigeria.

Responsibilities : Safety & Compliance

• Lead regular safety meetings and oversee Job Hazard Analysis.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Weatherford's HSE policies and industry regulations.
• Prioritize quality, health, safety, and environmental protection as core values.
