We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
The successful candidate will manage front office operations, handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
Assist with administrative and clerical duties.
Coordinate meeting room bookings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support the sales and administrative teams when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Escalate customer complaints where necessary.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Officer.
