About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive business development, manage client relationships, and support the successful delivery of consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure effective execution of management priorities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate consulting projects, timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Monitor business performance, revenue, project profitability, and key KPIs.
- Coordinate teams, promote accountability, and support employee performance.
- Prepare business reports, proposals, presentations, and management updates.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical process improvements.

Key Requirements

- Experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage.
- Strong business development, client management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
