Job Overview

  • ‎FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the business operations of a fast-growing automotive dealership with expansion plans into the real estate sector.
  • ‎The successful candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the business, overseeing daily office activities, coordinating staff and vendors, supporting customer service, and ensuring smooth business operations.
  • This role requires a resourceful professional who can work independently, improve operational efficiency, and provide executive-level support while contributing to the company's long-term growth.
  • ‎Ultimately, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and support the successful expansion of the business into new ventures.‎

Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Lagos office to ensure efficient business activities.
  • ‎Supervise office staff and coordinate daily workflows to maintain operational excellence.
  • ‎Manage executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
  • ‎Coordinate customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • ‎Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and inventory.
  • ‎Liaise with mechanics, body technicians, logistics providers, suppliers, and other external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • ‎Follow up on customer leads and support customer relationship management initiatives.
  • ‎Coordinate and oversee the company's social media activities and provide basic marketing support.
  • ‎Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and other reports for management.
  • ‎Support the planning, establishment, and coordination of the company's real estate operations as the business expands.
  • ‎Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and overall business efficiency.
  • ‎Perform other executive support and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

‎Requirements

  • ‎Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • ‎Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, Office Management, or Administrative role.
  • ‎Demonstrated ability to manage business operations with minimal supervision.
  • ‎Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • ‎Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital productivity tools.
  • ‎Experience managing social media platforms and basic marketing activities is an added advantage.
  • ‎High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • ‎Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
