Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock control processes and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
  • Conduct regular stock taking and reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stock items.
  • Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years relevant experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience in an ICT or retail/technology company is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
