SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure efficient maintenance of AHU's plant and Equipment to achieve the desired temperature and RH% in the factory.
• Operate chillers, Air handling units, chilled water pumps, Split A/C, and package units for effective cooling in the factory and take the proper record of the operation as per the SOP.
• To ensure proper repairs of R& A/C plants and maintenance according to schedule.
• To ensure that repair work is being carried out on R & A/C plants as requested through the works order in factory offices, and Guest houses.
• To achieve not less than 30% unattended work order

Qualifications

• Minimum of city and guide in A/C & HVAC maintenance with 3 - 5 years' experience
• OND Certificate with relevant experience6 years of relevant Engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
