Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and suya, and other grill items according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure all grilled products are properly cooked, fresh, and served at the required quality.
• Monitor grilling temperature and cooking time to prevent undercooking or overcooking.
• Maintain proper portion sizes and minimize product wastage.
• Prepare and arrange ingredients required for grilling before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Properly store and handle raw and cooked food to prevent contamination.
• Monitor the availability of grilling ingredients and report shortages to the Supervisor.
• Ensure grilling equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained after use.
• Work closely with the Grill Supervisor and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Griller, Suya Griller, or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
