Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and close product sale transactions to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Recognize business opportunities by identifying prospects (individual/corporate) and evaluating their position in the industry
- Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
- Analyze market trends and demographics to identify opportunities
- Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale and document determining factors
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties
- Conduct negotiations with clients on behalf of the company
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents
- Establish and maintain positive client/partner relationships
- Recommend business and real estate solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation skills
