Responsibilities :

Payment processing
Recording of all payment vouchers
Updating of cash book
Monthly bank reconciliation statement
Analysis of bank statement.
Processing and remittances of state & federal tax
Keeping of files and documentation
Posting of ledgers
Other jobs that may be assigned by the manager.

Requirements :

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work under minimum supervision

Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Excel

Must be self-motivated and self-driven

Strong numerical skills

Must have a good command of English

1-2 years of experience
