Our client is a technology-driven financial services company empowering low-income entrepreneurs across Africa. Through microfinance, financial education, and mobile banking tools, they help small business owners grow, improve their livelihoods, and build sustainable financial independence. They are seeking a Loan Sales Officer within Mushin / Surulere axis who can drive loan acquisition, manage a healthy portfolio, and support entrepreneurs at the grassroots level.
Your Responsibilities...
- You will mobilize and onboard clients for loans within your coverage area.
- You will form groups and networks to expand loan reach in the community.
- You will verify client homes and businesses to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- You will assess loan applications, prepare proposals, and present for appraisal.
- You will participate in credit committee reviews where required Manage loan disbursements and post-disbursement monitoring.
- You will recover overdue loans while maintaining cordial client relationships.
- You will capture and record accurate client and guarantor information in the system.
- You will collect, post, and reconcile daily repayments and savings with the Branch Manager.
- You will maintain a healthy loan portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirement...
