Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading company in the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project cost control within the oil and gas industry.

Industry : Oil & Gas

Experience : Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying, preferably in oil & gas or construction

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and contract valuations for projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments on project costs
• Analyze and negotiate contractor and supplier contracts
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare tender documents and manage procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize costs
