Key Responsibilities :
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targetsManage existing accounts, reactivate lapsed customers, and acquire new onesBuild strong, customer-centric relationships to increase share of walletPromote DrugStoc's product range, new launches, and promotionsEnsure smooth order processing, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reportsMonitor competitor activities and provide market insightsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field35+ years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distributionStrong persuasive selling and negotiation skillsExcellent territory planning and customer management abilityFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic MS OfficeValid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
