We are looking to hire a well vetted Manager that will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Stock management and good procurement ability.
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Direct the employee assessment process.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Manager or similar executive role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Location :  Candidate must live in close proximity to Lagos Island.
