Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations.Design strategy and set goals for growth.Proven customer service experience.Stock management and good procurement ability.Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.Direct the employee assessment process.Prepare regular reports for upper management.Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).Requirements :
Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related discipline.Minimum of 1 year experience as a Manager or similar executive role in the food and beverage industry.Experience in planning and budgeting.Strong analytical ability.Excellent communication skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Problem-solving aptitude.Location :  Candidate must live in close proximity to Lagos Island.
