About the role
As a Product Designer on the Cashir team, you'll take on tough interaction and service design challenges, and you'll work on big new ideas that will transform how people perform financial transactions.You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers and some of the best designers and researchers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.You'll make magic by crafting and shipping delicious and fabulous experiences for people around the world that use and trust Cashir.What you'll do
Deliver functional, usable and visually appealing designs.Own product design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.Create wireframes and prototypes to solve difficult UX problems.Obsess over the details of visual and motion design.Design and prototype micro-interactions, transitions, and animations that improve usability and engagementDesign systems to make simple, elegant experiences based on our complex logistics and financial technology.Work with product manager to define requirements, not just translate them to designIdentify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, engineering, and ops.Collaborate with engineers to build your amazing designs and releases.Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.Shape product strategy and vision together with product managers.Contribute to and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and motion guidelines.What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a UI / UX or Product Designer with a strong portfolioDemonstrated expertise in interaction design and animation / motion designProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects, Framer, Lottie, or similarStrong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive designAbility to design purposeful animations that enhance clarity and user flowExperience working with design systems and component-based designStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to balance creativity with product constraints and business goals.Nice to Have :
Experience designing for SaaS, mobile apps, or complex digital productsFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)Experience handing off animations to developers (e.g., Lottie, JSON, specs)Background in branding or visual designExperience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
