Customer Acquisition Officer

Job Summary :

Join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Customer Acquisition Officer to drive the initial launch and market testing of our new Internet Service prototypes. This is a pivotal role requiring high energy, excellent communication, and a passion for introducing cutting-edge technology to the market. You will be on the front lines, directly responsible for generating market visibility and securing the crucial early sign-ups needed to validate our product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Visibility & Engagement

⦁ Execute grassroots marketing and promotional activities within designated geographic zones to maximize awareness of the new broadband and Wi-Fi service prototypes.

⦁ Distribute informational materials, host interactive product demonstrations, and manage on-the-ground communication channels.

⦁ Act as the primary brand ambassador, professionally representing the company and the prototype services to the community.

2. Subscriber Identification & Qualification

⦁ Proactively identify and target prospective residential and small business subscribers within the test areas who meet the early-adopter criteria.

⦁ Conduct needs assessments and engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to highlight the value proposition of the prototype service.

3. Early Sign-Up & Onboarding

⦁ Secure binding early sign-ups and commitments from qualified prospects, driving achievement of aggressive onboarding targets.

⦁ Accurately collect and process all necessary subscriber information, ensuring a smooth transition into the initial service deployment phase.

⦁ Provide real-time, constructive feedback to the product development team regarding customer reactions, pain points, and feature requests.

Qualifications :

⦁ Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant field.

⦁ Excellent working knowledge of Abuja.

⦁ 1+ years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition or marketing.

⦁ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales / sign-up targets.

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

⦁ Strong office software skills.
