Job descriptionOversee daily and preventive maintenance of infrastructure (plumbing, lighting, utilities, Ensure optimal functioning of non-production systems – generators, compressors, water supply Coordinate with security, janitorial, fumigation, and landscaping teams Monitor cleanliness and functionality of restrooms, canteens, break rooms Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, utilities, and contractor services Enforce compliance with SOPs, HSE guidelines, NAFDAC, and NESREA regulations Support audits by preparing facility-related reports and documentation Supervise vendors, enforce SLAs, and monitor costs and facility-related budgets Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or general services management (preferably in Pharma or FMCG) NEBOSH / HSE certification is an added advantage Membership in a facility management body is a plus. Strong understanding of facility operations and safety compliance Excellent communication, supervision, and documentation skills Budget planning and vendor management experience.
