Job descriptionOversee all Process Engineering aspects of the project implementation. Liaise with and oversee all Contractor / Supplier installation and site activities. Liaise and interact at site with all Project Consultants. Prepare and submit monthly activity and progress reports. Ensure the equipment and installation meets the design engineering requirements and best practices. Support during shutdowns and overhauls of powerhouse equipment. Strive to reach all programmed milestones and deadlines in your project area. Shall hold the minimum of B-Tech / BE / BSc / Masters in Process Engineering. COREN, NSE, or any related professional qualification. A minimum of 7 years Cane Sugar Factory experience in a Process Engineering or Factory Operations role or discipline. Effective Communication skills People management skills Conflict Resolution Skills Project Management Skills Negotiation skills
