Finance Manager

Financial Planning and Budgeting :

• Develop and oversee the annual budget for the group coordinating with department heads to set realistic projections and expense limits.
• Work closely with project managers to prepare project-specific budgets ensuring cost controls and alignment with overall group financial objectives.
• Monitor budget performance identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to keep the organization within financial targets.

Requirements

Required Skills :

5-8 years of experience in Accounting / Finance with experience of working or related to Agricultural Sector Food Supplies Good understanding of trends challenges opportunities regulations and legislation relating to the Agricultural / Food Industry Import / Export Regulations. . or HND in Accounting or any finance related course Relevant professional accounting certification / membership such as ICAN ACA ACCA etc. Taxation Compliance and Regulatory knowledge Proficiency in Zoho Books Microsoft Excel and ERP finance module People Skills Develop and maintain effective networks with contractors and industry colleagues Excellent analytical communication and organizational skills.
