Our client is a leading microfinance bank committed to empowering individuals and businesses through smart savings solutions flexible loan options and strategic investment opportunities tailored to their financial are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Associate who would be responsible for driving customer acquisition loan product sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify prospect and onboard new clients for loan and savings products.
Promote microfinance loan offerings to individuals and small businesses.
Conduct client assessments and credit evaluations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Qualifications :
Minimum of HND / . in any related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales preferably in microfinance retail banking or financial services.
Proven ability to meet sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with credit risk assessment and client onboarding processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
